ABOUT APC DRIVING
No matter your age, APC Driving focuses on your needs as a driver. Many driver education schools tout their number of graduates. That’s not how we operate. Our individualized approach will become obvious as you go through our personalized training. We care! We’re parents of teen drivers and soon-to-be teen drivers, too.
WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
We are licensed by the State of Connecticut to teach driver’s education courses for 16 and 17-year-olds and 18-year-olds and over. All our instructors are certified by the State of Connecticut and go through a rigorous screening process, including FBI fingerprinting, DCF history check, driving records and health history.
We offer a variety of additional training sessions and coaching for students who want additional practice before taking their DMV behind the wheel test and newly licensed drivers who want to experience more real world driving situations and practice with one of our professional instructors. Our systematic approach helps students build skills and confidence, so they can avoid placing themselves and their passengers in dangerous situations on the road. By teaching the “mental” side of vehicle operation, we help them develop an intimate familiarity with the dynamics of their vehicle, as well as how to operate it.
